Dr K S Rao is an M.Tech, Ph.D in Electronics & Instrumentation Engg, with 20 years of teaching experience. His fields of special interest are Microprocessors, Signal Processing, Instrumentation, VLSI design & Neural Networks. He has published several papers in various Journals. With his initiative, and rapport with Institute for Electronic Governance he has formed a Society by name “Society for Technical Research with Industries for Value Education” in Nov 2006, for which he was the Executive Vice President.

A thoroughly professional approach is employed for the coverage of syllabus and reviews. The syllabus is reviewed weekly by the HOD, every fortnight by the Dean and every three weeks by the principal.

Over the years, GNEC has become synonymous with quality education, infrastructure and practices. It has all the potential and infrastructure to acquire the status of a Deemed University, soon. We now consolidate all our strengths in a single cohesive thrust into the future to produce students who can shape the future of the country and the world at large.
